Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative / Education Consultant at ApplyAZ, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into enrolled students.
These are not cold leads. These are students who have already shown interest through our ads, website, forms, consultations, or other marketing channels. Your role is to move them through the sales process from first contact to paid conversion.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will qualify leads, follow up persistently, understand the student's goals and pain points, book meetings where needed, handle objections, and help close the sale.
You must be highly organized, fast in follow-up, strong on calls, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance consultative selling with urgency and execution.
What You'll Do
Manage inbound leads generated through ApplyAZ's website, ads, forms, and other acquisition channels
Contact leads quickly through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-up
Qualify students based on academic background, budget, goals, language, destination interest, and eligibility potential
Book consultations and strategy calls with the relevant team members when needed
Conduct consultations yourself when appropriate and guide students through the decision-making process
Follow up consistently with interested students until they either convert or clearly drop off
Handle objections confidently and help students and families feel clarity and trust in the process
Explain ApplyAZ's value proposition, process, pricing, and service structure clearly
Help close sales and drive students toward payment and onboarding
Maintain clean and accurate CRM notes, lead stages, and follow-up records
Coordinate with admissions, operations, and counseling teams to ensure handover after conversion
Track daily performance across calls, follow-ups, booked meetings, conversions, and revenue contribution
Take ownership of your pipeline and work toward individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in sales, admissions counseling, business development, telecalling, or another client-facing role
Strong spoken and written English
Confidence speaking with students and parents on calls
Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-based role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in study abroad, edtech, immigration, higher education, or counseling-based sales
Experience handling inbound leads and converting warm prospects
Experience with CRM tools and structured lead management

KollectMD is seeking an experienced Medical Billing, Coding, and Compliance Specialist to help ensure the highest standards of billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, coding integrity, and operational excellence across our growing revenue cycle management organization.
This position is ideal for an experienced medical billing and coding professional with a strong background in compliance, documentation review, payer regulations, and audit preparedness. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operations teams to improve billing quality, reduce compliance risk, support physician practices, and establish standardized processes as the company continues to expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
1.Billing and Coding Compliance
Review medical claims for coding accuracy and regulatory compliance.Ensure appropriate application of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding guidelines.Monitor payer policies and reimbursement requirements.Identify billing errors, coding inconsistencies, and documentation deficiencies.Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.2.Internal Auditing
