    Key Responsibilities:


    Overseas Candidate Sourcing & Screening

    Source candidates for GCC and African projects using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, international databases), internal databanks, referrals, and trade-based sourcing. Screen resumes and profiles as per client-specific Minimum Requirement Criteria (MRC), trade tests, and overseas job standards. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical skills, overseas exposure, and readiness for deployment. Maintain an accurate and well-organized candidate database with deployment status.


    Client & Interview Coordination:

    Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients (GCC & Africa) via virtual or in-person modes. Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews, documentation on, and trade tests. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and interview attendance.


    Batch Management & Mobilization:

    Manage and track batch-wise recruitment for overseas projects. Ensure selected candidates are ready for mobilization on, including documentation on, medicals, and visa-related processes. Provide continuous follow-up to minimize dropouts before deployment. Support operations teams to ensure timely joining as per client timelines.


    Team Coordination & Process Adherence

    Work closely with interns and junior recruiters to ensure daily sourcing targets and follow ups are achieved. Share regular recruitment progress reports with management. Adhere strictly to company recruitment processes and overseas compliance requirements.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Proven hands-on experience in GCC and/or African recruitment (Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Facility Management, etc.). Strong understanding of overseas recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pre-deployment readiness. Familiarity with international recruitment tools, job portals, and candidate tracking systems. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/regional languages preferred). Ability to manage multiple requirements, tight deadlines, and bulk hiring. High ownership, follow-up orientation, and attention on to detail.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Manager - Talent Acquisition (US Hiring) will lead the development and execution of a high-performance, direct sourcing hiring engine from India to support the rapid expansion of Cellution Biologics Inc. in the United States. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment in the highly competitive regenerative biologics industry. Operating in close partnership with US business leaders and reporting into the AVP - HR & L&D, the incumbent will combine strategic talent mapping, outbound sourcing, and data-driven hiring execution to deliver high-quality talent at scale. This is a mission-critical role requiring ownership, resilience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a global hiring capability from India for a fast-scaling US biologics business. The role provides significant exposure to global business leadership and the opportunity to shape talent strategy for an emerging US market presence.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, primarily through direct sourcing and LinkedIn-driven and other outbound outreach channels.

    Build and maintain a targeted talent pipeline from competitor and comparable organizations within the biologics, ophthalmology, and wound care industry.

    Design and execute structured outreach strategies to engage passive candidates across US geographies.

    Partner closely with US hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on hiring expectations.

    Drive candidate lifecycle management from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring strong candidate experience and timely closures.

    Develop and track hiring funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline health to ensure predictable hiring outcomes.

    Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, motivation, and alignment with business requirements.

    Support job offer discussions and candidate negotiations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

    Continuously refine sourcing strategies, messaging approaches, and hiring processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

    Mentor and guide recruiters (if applicable) to build a scalable and disciplined hiring engine.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

    6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

    Minimum 3-4 years of experience in international hiring (US market preferred).

    Proven experience in direct sourcing and hiring passive candidates.

    Experience hiring for sales, commercial, or niche roles is strongly preferred.

    Prior experience working in night shift or global stakeholder environments is an advantage.
