    We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to oversee statutory compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial activities in alignment with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization's legal and procedural integrity while supporting strategic and board-level decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.Prepare and maintain statutory registers, minutes of board meetings, and general meetings.Handle filings, returns, and submissions with ROC, RBI, and other regulatory authorities.Advise management on corporate governance, legal obligations, and company law matters.Coordinate and organize board meetings, drafting of resolutions, and recording proceedings.Liaise with external regulators, legal advisors, auditors, and stakeholders as required.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, MOUs, and corporate policies.

    Required Qualifications:

    Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.Strong understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI regulations.Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools.
