    Job Summary


    The Community Manager will be responsible for driving engagement, participation, and execution of a student ambassador program across universities in India.

    The role requires a strong connection to college networks, student communities, and campus ecosystems, enabling effective outreach, engagement, and execution of student-led initiatives.

    The Community Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Student Ambassadors, ensuring consistent engagement, supporting activity execution, and maintaining strong coordination across participating institutions.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. University & College Network Engagement

    Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across designated colleges.Leverage existing campus networks, student groups, and societies to support outreach and engagementFacilitate coordination with: Student clubs and organizations, Campus leadership groups, Faculty contacts (where applicable)Identify new opportunities to expand program reach across institutions


    2. Ambassador Engagement & Communication

    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Student AmbassadorsManage communication platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, EmailDrive structured engagement cadence: Weekly communication and updates, Bi-weekly check ins, Ongoing community engagement


    3. Program Execution Support

    4. Community & Content Management

    Cross-Functional Coordination
