We're now expanding our offline presence with a flagship retail experience in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, and we're looking for a passionate Sales Executive to be the face of the brand on the floor.
As a Sales Executive at MRJewels Indiranagar, you'll be the first point of contact for every customer who walks in - guiding them through our collections, styling them for occasions, building lasting client relationships, and driving store sales. This is a customer-facing role that blends warm hospitality with luxury retail discipline.
You'll work closely with the founder and the brand team to bring the MRJewels experience to life in person.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Welcome walk-in clients, understand their occasion and styling needs, and present curated jewellery options with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
Sales & Conversion
Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling, and effective closing.
Product Expertise
Develop strong knowledge of Kundan, Polki, Meenakari, Vilandi, and Temple jewellery styles, materials, care, and craftsmanship - and explain them clearly to customers.
Styling & Consultation
Offer personalized styling advice for weddings, festive occasions, gifting, and everyday wear.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain a personal client database, follow up on enquiries, share new collection updates, and build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Store Operations
Support daily store opening/closing, inventory checks, visual merchandising, and ensure the showroom always reflects MRJewels' premium brand standards.
What we're looking for
Required
1-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury fashion, premium apparel, beauty, or accessories.Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Kannada - all three strongly preferred for the Indiranagar customer base.Warm, polished, and confident on-floor presence.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets.Comfort with billing systems, basic Excel, and WhatsApp-based client communication.
PreferredPrior experience selling jewellery, sarees, ethnic wear, or luxury accessories.Understanding of Indian bridal and festive shopping cycles.Familiarity with Shopify POS or similar retail tools.Strong eye for styling, aesthetics, and luxury presentation.
