    Role Description

    This is a part-time role for a Sales Executive for Aura Birthing Partner, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for :


    Job Responsibilities - Part Time Sales Executive

    Generate new leads and reach out to potential clients on a daily basis.Share detailed information about Aura's programs and address client queries via calls and WhatsApp.Follow up with potential clients to assess interest, maintaining a consultative, non-pushy approach.Guide interested clients through the complete registration process and resolve any questions.Regularly update the Sales Tracker Dashboard to monitor progress and client interactions.Categorize clients as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on engagement and interest level.Send daily sales reports and individual call updates to the team as needed.


    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or customer relationship management (preferably in education, wellness, or parenting services).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/sales tracking tools.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.


    Working hours - Daily 3 to 5 hours
