    Maintain record of daily packaging area cleaning, insect killer, temperature and

    Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce

    Key Responsibilities


    •Set up and operate CNC double column machining center

    •Load, clamp, and align large/heavy workpieces

    •Monitor machining operations and tool condition

    •Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and corrections

    •Conduct in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy

    •Follow safety procedures for heavy machining operations

    •Report machine, tooling, or quality issues immediately

    •Support maintenance during planned shutdowns


    Required Experience & Skills

    •Proven experience operating large CNC machines (double column / gantry / bridge type preferred)
