    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead and manage a team of 5-10 freelance recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruiter performance, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, and actively engaging in hands-on recruitment to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. This is going to be a dual responsibility role - working as both an Account Manager and a Senior Hands-on Recruiter, if required.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage a team of 20-25 freelance recruiters, monitor their daily submissions, and ensure quality standards are met.

    Review, shortlist, and forward recruiter-submitted profiles to relevant job requisitions.

    Act as the primary point of contact for the recruitment team and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination.

    Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for assigned roles.

    Build and maintain a personal candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.

    Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive recruiters to achieve set targets.

    Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal processes.

    Maintain reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.


    REQUIREMENTS

    Proven experience (3-5 years) in US Healthcare Recruitment with at least 2 years in a Team Lead/Account Manager role.

    Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).

    Ability to manage and motivate a team of freelance recruiters effectively.

    Hands-on experience in sourcing through portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and networking.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

    Strong multitasking ability with a result-oriented mindset.

    Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

    Must be open to working onsite in Noida, Sector 62.
