Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in building CoinDCX's future by ensuring every
candidate experiences clarity, trust, and care from the first interaction through Day 1.
As we scale rapidly, Talent Operations and Pre-Onboarding ensure operational excellence,
strong governance, and a high-touch candidate experience. This team is trusted to run critical
hiring workflows with precision, ownership, and consistency - ensuring recruiters and business
leaders can hire with confidence.
You'll Excel in This Role If You
Have 1-4 years of experience in:
Talent Acquisition OperationsRecruitment CoordinationPre-OnboardingNew-Joinee / Candidate ExperienceAre comfortable coordinating interviews end-to-end - from scheduling to follow-upsHave strong attention to detail and a "nothing slips through the cracks" mindsetCommunicate clearly and confidently - both written and verbalCan manage multiple trackers, sheets, and workflows without losing clarityAre familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and calendar toolsHave worked in fast-growing startups or high-volume hiring environments (a big plus!)Enjoy engaging with candidates and finding ways to improve processesAppreciate structured hiring processes, clear governance, and disciplined execution

What You'll Do
Application & Candidate Screening (Application Mailbox)
You'll be the first point of contact for incoming candidates and help ensure a great first impression.Manage the Apply Mailbox and make sure every application is reviewedDo an initial screening to understand candidate fitShare relevant profiles with recruiters or add them to the talent pool with proper taggingEnsure no application is missed or left unattended
Interview Coordination & Tracking
You'll help keep interviews organised, on time, and stress-free for everyone involvedSchedule and coordinate interviews across different rolesMaintain daily tracking of all interviewsReview interview schedules every morningSend clear, timely reminders to candidates and interviewersProactively reschedule interviews if they don't take placeShare a daily interview summary (next-day view)Follow up with interviewers to ensure feedback is shared on time
Pre-Onboarding & Joining Management
You'll support candidates from offer acceptance to Day-1 and help them feel confident about joining.Own the pre-onboarding journey for offered candidatesWork closely with recruiters to spot and reduce drop-off risksKeep all trackers and sheets updated in real time
Stakeholder Connects & Candidate Engagement
You'll interact with multiple teams and help build strong candidate relationships.Set up connects with: Hiring Managers (HM), Heads of Department (HOD), HRBPsSchedule calls, office visits, and office tours when neededEnsure candidates feel supported, informed, and excited to join
Documentation, Compliance & Joining Readiness
You'll make sure candidates are fully ready before they walk in on Day-1.Track and follow up on required documentsEnsure submissions are accurate and on timeMaintain real-time documentation status in trackersShare a weekly Joining Readiness updateRaise asset requests via Slack at least one week before joiningConnect with candidates one day before joining to confirm the Day-1 planSupport a smooth Day-1 experience through clear communication(Future scope) Support joining-day initiatives like a welcome lunch with the team buddy
