About Zeassetz - The Vertical You'll Join
Zeassetz is Zolo's real estate asset and sales vertical. We work directly at project sites, managing walk-ins, guiding buyers, and converting interest into confident bookings.
This is not desk sales. This is on-ground, customer-facing, real closure-driven site sales.
You won't inherit a perfectly running setup.
You'll be expected to make the site work.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day
Handle walk-in customers at the project site and understand their requirementsExplain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearlyConduct site visits and apartment walkthroughs confidentlyFollow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetingsHandle objections related to price, comparison, or timelinesStructure deals and escalate for approvals when requiredSupport customers with booking forms, documentation, and agreementsMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookingsWork closely with the Sales Manager and internal teamsContribute actively to monthly and project-level sales targets
